And in nations both rich and poor, trust in institutions continues to erode. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/global\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/02\/gap_2024.02.28_democracy-closed-end_report.pdf\">By 2024, Pew Research<\/a> reported that  a median of 59% are dissatisfied with how their democracy is functioning while a massive 74% think elected officials don\u2019t care what people like them think<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We\u2019ve tried reforms. We\u2019ve protested, legislated, and rebuilt systems. But what if the problem isn\u2019t the people in charge? What if it\u2019s the very idea of hierarchy itself?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Imagine a world where there are no leaders\u2014because there\u2019s no need for them<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A world where decisions aren\u2019t made by those at the top but emerge from the collective intelligence of communities. It happens because people dare to ask: \u2018<strong>What if?\u2019 What if power didn\u2019t flow from the top down but from the bottom up? What if fairness wasn\u2019t a privilege but a principle? What if we could reimagine not just who leads us, but how we lead ourselves?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A world without hierarchies isn\u2019t just a possibility\u2014it\u2019s a choice<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The question isn\u2019t whether we can build it.
