Experts solve.<br \/>One performs. But I still do what I\u2019m told.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>This isn\u2019t apathy. It\u2019s <strong>ritualized despair.<\/strong><br \/>You still vote\u2014not because you believe. Past slogans.
