Forty seconds to hold her son and pretend that hiding was still a kind of hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Tel Aviv, another child stared out a reinforced window, hearing his father curse under his breath in a language older than empires.<br \/>\u201cWe had no choice,\u201d said the man on the television.<br \/>\u201cBut when do we?\u201d whispered the father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Empire of Fear<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The bomb did not fall on Iran.<br \/>It fell on the idea that nations can outgrow their ghosts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Israel\u2019s strike was precise in its coordinates, imprecise in its consequences.<br \/>It hit a military facility. It hit an oil artery.<br \/>But it also hit memory. It hit myth. It hit the unbearable inheritance both nations refuse to bury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Israel, birthed from the charred bones of Auschwitz, still breathes as if hunted.<br \/>Iran, humiliated by coups and sanctions, still dreams of ancient glory.<br \/>Both are run by men who mistake vengeance for vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Language of the Liars<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>They call it a \u201csurgical strike.\u201d<br \/>But surgery heals. This dismembers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They say it was \u201cmeasured.\u201d<br \/>But they never measure the burned dolls, the shattered nerves, the silence between fathers and sons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They say it was \u201cdefensive.\u201d<br \/>But there is nothing defensive about bombing a country struggling under sanctions, drought, and dissent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are told to pick sides.<br \/>As if history were that clean.<br \/>As if trauma cannot be passed down like heirlooms.<br \/>As if the child in the bunker and the child in the crater are not cousins in the same collapsing dream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Power Forgets the Body<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No headline mentioned the nurse in Isfahan who couldn\u2019t get to the hospital because the roads were closed.<br \/>No tweet counted the embryos that thawed and died in a bombed fertility clinic.<br \/>No one eulogized the poet whose manuscript turned to ash with his home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how war works in the 21st century.<br \/>It\u2019s clean on screens.<br \/>It\u2019s carnage off-camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The West applauds. The markets tremble.<br \/>And somewhere in a village, a boy draws a picture of fire and calls it <em>God<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <strong>Who Profits from Apocalypse?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The U.S. sells more weapons.<br \/>The Israeli Prime Minister\u2019s approval rating jumps.<br \/>Iran\u2019s hardliners crush dissent with a new excuse.<br \/>The oil price surges. Wall Street feasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the mothers?<br \/>They learn to pack go-bags.<br \/>They learn how to tell bedtime stories that include missile shadows.<br \/>They learn that grief is not an event \u2014 it\u2019s an atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <strong>The Bomb Is Not the End \u2014 It Is the Beginning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This was not a war.<br \/>It was a message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;We will define what safety means.&#8221;<\/strong><br \/><strong>&#8220;We will decide who is allowed to dream.&#8221;<\/strong><br \/><strong>&#8220;We will burn your future to save ours.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But what if safety cannot be built on supremacy?<br \/>What if every bomb dropped on another child\u2019s home ricochets back into our own?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The child who asked about the sky?<\/strong><br \/>He no longer asks.<br \/>He just flinches when the wind slams the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s what the bomb destroyed.<br \/>Not Iran. Not enrichment sites.
