    Thanks for posting.

    Vicious wanker or not (fair point Brandon), with 750m customers worldwide his views are pretty much worth paying attention to.

    He could say that we all have to stop using email and start using smoke signals and media might believe him.

    But he doesn’t do that. He’s managed to keep Facebook more agile-minded. Interesting that, as he explains, with email he’s responding to actual user behaviours (e.g. High Schoolers) rather than do what many mobile phone operators have historically been guilty of (at least from my experience in the UK) – test their ‘red herring’ hunches in focus groups rather than find what people want and need.
